ClinicOS Subprocessors

Vendor categories used to provide, secure, support, and improve the ClinicOS SaaS platform.

Effective date: June 4, 2026

How subprocessors are used

ClinicOS uses subprocessors to host the platform, store data, process payments, send communications, support customers, monitor reliability, provide optional AI services, and connect customer-selected integrations. Specific vendors may vary by deployment, plan, integration, and clinic configuration.

Core vendor categories

  • Cloud hosting, compute, networking, and deployment services.
  • Database, object storage, backup, and logging providers.
  • Payment processing and connected-account services, including Stripe where enabled.
  • Email, SMS, voice, and transactional communications providers, including Twilio or email providers where enabled.
  • Security, monitoring, analytics, support, and incident response tooling.
  • AI, transcription, and automation providers where clinic-configured workflows use those capabilities.

Optional integrations

  • Google Ads, Meta Ads, QuickBooks, Stripe, Twilio, and other OAuth or API integrations are used only when a clinic connects and authorizes them.
  • ClinicOS limits integration access to the permissions needed for the enabled feature.
  • Clinics should review each integration provider's terms, privacy disclosures, and compliance posture.
