Dash Accessibility Statement

Dash is designed to support accessible clinic operations and patient-facing digital experiences.

Effective date: June 4, 2026

Accessibility commitment

Dash targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA for core public, staff, and patient-facing experiences and treats accessibility as an ongoing product requirement rather than a one-time checklist.

Scope

  • Dash marketing and staff authentication pages.
  • Dash dashboard workflows used by clinic staff.
  • Patient portal, booking, payment, form, and account pages powered by Dash.
  • Reusable UI components, forms, navigation, keyboard focus states, and color contrast.

Feedback and alternate access

If you experience an accessibility barrier in Dash, contact accessibility@connectdash.ai with the page URL, assistive technology used, browser/device, and a description of the issue. Patient care or clinic accommodation requests should also be directed to the treating clinic.

Ongoing work

Dash uses design review, automated checks, manual keyboard testing, and regression testing to improve accessibility. Some customer-uploaded content or third-party embedded tools may require clinic or vendor remediation.
